SCHLESINGER Heavy-Duty Leather Briefcase / Zippered Portfolio Made in USA

This bag is RARE and TRUE VINTAGE from 1970's and made by well known American brand SCHLESINGER BROS. Originally advertised as "CALIFORNIA CASE SETTER". HEAVY DUTY BAG WITH THICK FULL GRAIN LEATHER.

Bag is about 5 lbs. Bag's condition is VERY GOOD with minor signs of use. I will rate it 8 / 10 due to minor scratches and scuffs. ALL LEATHER BAG including interior!!!!!!!!!! Exterior- several minor scratches and scuffs here and there. Full grain saddle leather is thick and is in EXCELLENT supple condition. Brass legs to protect the bottom. No tears, no holes, no cracks. Glaze covering the edges is general is intact. Interior- very clean and odorless. 3 large compartments that partially unlined with just beautiful raw leather, the rest lined with genuine saddle leather. All the compartments with heavy duty metallic zippers. Ergonomic all leather handles - sturdy and very clean. Dimensions: 17" W X 12" H X 4 D expanded at the base.
